Mae Hong Son Millennium Development Goals Project

Regard to the UN Millennium Summit in Sep. 2000, member states including Thailand set up the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) for assessing operation to meet the targets. Thailand was set up the MDGs working committee to formulating the national MDGs report that completed in 2003. Furthermore, the committee agreed to carry out a pilot MDG at the provincial Level at Mae Hong Son after they had the field survey and assess possibility of working of the province.

TEI was selected as the consultant to work the Mae Hong Son provincial working group formulating the provincial MDGs high participate and held the capacity building to provincial working group. The resulting is expected to form the basis for further spreading and replication to other provinces.
