| Licensing
Upon approval of
the application, a contract for the use of the Thai Green Label will
be drawn up between TEI and the applicant. The applicant right to use
the Green Label is conditional upon its fulfillment of the terms or
the contract, which will be valid for a maximum period of two years,
or until the criteria for green label status are re-evaluated.
Fees
An application
fee of 1,000 Baht is charged to all applicants. Upon approval of the
product, applicants must pay a user fee of 5,000 Baht for license to
use the label throughout the contract term. Al payments are made to
TEI.
