สัมมนา Sustainability Trends: Keys for Green Business in AEC

เนื่องด้วยมูลนิธิสถาบันสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย และบริษัท ดาว เคมิคอล ประเทศไทย จากัด ร่วมกับ กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และหุ้นส่วนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ไทย-สหรัฐ ดาเนินการจัดสัมมนา Sustainability Trends: Keys for Green Business in AEC ซึ่งงานดังกล่าวเป็นหนึ่งในงานครบรอบ 20 ปี ของมูลนิธิสถาบันสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มและโอกาสของธุรกิจในอาเซียนและประเทศไทยที่กาลังก้าวไปสู่การเข้าร่วมเป็นประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในปี 2558 จากมุมมองของนักวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งทิศทางและแนวทาง Green Growth และเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลและแนวทางให้แก่ภาคธุรกิจไทยเตรียมตัวรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อไปในอนาคต
ในการนี้ มูลนิธิฯ จึงขอเรียนเชิญท่านและ/หรือผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานของท่านที่มีความสนใจเข้าร่วมการสัมมนาดังกล่าว

Due to current business operations have to face with fierce competition, the market is rapidly changing, the increasing needs of customers for environmentally friendly products and services as well as the establishment of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in the year 2015, Thailand Environment Institute, Dow Chemical Thailand Company Limited, Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry together with Thai-U.S. Creative partnership have launched a project “Dow Chemical for Sustainable Industry” for building up capacity of industry, business and other sectors in Thailand. We will also organize the conference “Sustainability Trends: Keys for Green Business in AEC”, which will be held on 9th August 2013, 9:30-12:30 at Ballroom, 7th Floor, Landmark Hotel, Bangkok to exchange experiences and opinions about business approach to be competitive from the view of academics and experts so as to increase business competitiveness of Thailand. The discussion includes Sustainability and Green Growth approach which are important keys of business sector for effective and sustainable operation. As a result, the participants which are government, private sector, international organization and academic can apply knowledge and approach to their business/organizational operation or research.
