On June 15, the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) Regional Hub visited the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI) to participate in a brown bag session on Local-level Climate Change Adaptation Planning at UN Office. TEI by Prof. Thanawat Jarupongsakul, President of TEI and Dr. Chuthatip Maneepong, Assistant President presented our work based on four projects:
- Towards Sustainable Development of the Greater Mekong Sub region: Building the Capacity of Civil Society Organizations for Climate Change Adaptation (GMS-CCA) from 2011-2015, funded by Swedish Government
- Urban Climate Resilience in Southeast Asia Partnership (UCRSEA), from 2015-present, funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC).
- Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network Project (ACCCRN) from 2009-2016, funded by Rockefeller Foundation.
- Mekong-Building Climate Resilient Asian Cities (M-BRACE) from 2011-2014, funded by USAID.
